PRODUCT INFORMATION
At the Website you can read about the products that are offered and can be purchased via this Website (subject to availability) (the “Product(s)”), where you can also find the product descriptions, and each product’s most important product features – however the description is not exhaustive.

ORDERING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
You can order products in the webshop at Skinmedsolutions.com
You order our products in the following way:
- Add the desired product to the basket
- Click on the shopping cart
- Click on to check-out
- Add billing address and delivery address
- Select the delivery method
- Add payment information
- Look through your order
- Read and accept our sales and delivery conditions and privacy policy
- Approve the order
- Read the order confirmation when you receive it by e-mail.
- Contact us immediately if there are errors or discrepancies between your order and the order confirmation.
The order confirmation contains an order number, name, billing address, delivery address, payment method, specification of the products ordered, and the total price including any delivery costs.
When you receive your order confirmation from us, we recommend that you review. If you discover any errors or discrepancies, please contact us immediately so we can cancel your order or change it if possible. What is stated in the order confirmation is valid unless you submit objections in writing immediately after receiving the order confirmation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price of the Products is stated at checkout and is only binding when you have approved your order.
Prices indicated on the product page and in the shopping cart are considered an invitation to make an offer and are not binding as an offer.
All prices include Danish VAT (25%) but are exclusive of delivery costs and other taxes and charges. These are paid separately, cf. section on delivery.
At Skinmedsolutions.com you can pay with Dankort, VISA Dankort, Mastercard , VISA, VISA Electron. Your card is charged a transaction fee in accordance with the rates charged by our Clearhaus.
We only deduct the amount from the stated account when your order has been dispatched.
We do not charge card fees.
When you pay by credit card, your credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider via SSL encryption.
DELIVERY
Delivery is always included in the price, and not charged separately
The expected delivery time is 3-10 working days from the order confirmation date, for products in stock.
The shipments are delivered by Postnord, UPS, GLS, DSV or their partners to the delivery address indicated by you at checkout.
SkinMed Solutions ApS is responsible for the shipment until you have received your parcel.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after you have received your order or the first delivery if the order is delivered in several parts.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase.
The products subject for cancellation and return must be unopened, unused and in good condition. If you have opened, used, damaged or in other form broken the package or seal of the product, please contact us before sending back.
YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE BY:
- notifying SkinMed Solutions ApS of this and return the product;
- request our standard cancellation form and sending it back together with the purchased Product(s).
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
WRITTEN NOTICE
In order to exercise the right to cancel and return the purchased Product(s), you must give us written notice in an unequivocal statement that you wish to use your right of cancellation no later than 14 days after receiving the purchased Product(s).
Notification must be sent before or at the same time as you return the purchased Product(s). You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up from the parcel collection point.
You must send your written message to info@skinmedsolutions.com, or you can request our standard cancellation form.
It is recommended that you save the postal receipt and the email in order to document:
- that you have sent us a written notice asserting your right of withdrawal:
- that you have sent the purchased Product(s) back.
CANCELLATION PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you return part of your purchase.
If you refuse to receive the Product(s) or fail to pick them up from the parcel collection point, it costs DKK 100 in return shipping.
RETURN
You must return the Products no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel a purchase.
When returning, you have the option of contacting us at skinmedsolutions.com and asking for a return label (cost DKK 100) or you can arrange the return delivery directly with one of the courier delivery services companies yourself.
If you choose a distributor yourself, you must be aware of the following.

The package must be sent directly to the address indicated above, and not to a parcel collection point. Remember to save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.
When returning, you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive it, and it is, therefore, your responsibility that it is properly packed during shipping.
GOODS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK
If the item has lost value due to the way it was utilized one way or other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
The item must always be send back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, we cannot accept the products back.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
When you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund the applicable value, as determined based on the full purchase price and any deductions based on value deterioration, and excluding delivery costs equal to the cheapest price of our standard shipping option. No later than 28 days from the day on which we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless it has been agreed otherwise in writing.
Regardless of the timeline indicated above, you will only get the refund as soon as we have received the purchased Product(s) back.
For sake of clarity, if the purchased Product(s) have been used in such a way that a decrease in value has occurred or if they are damaged or destroyed when we receive them back, this decrease in value will be deducted from the amount that we are obliged to refund to you.
DEFECTS & RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
Purchases made directly via skinmedsolutions.com are governed by the terms of the Danish Purchase Act (Købeloven). CISG does not apply to international transactions (sales) made on skinmedsolutions.com.
If you as a consumer buy a Product(s) that is defective (has a manufacturing or material defect), you have the right to complain for two (2) years after you received the purchased Product(s). If your complaint is justified, you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, receive the money back, or get a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
When you receive your order, please immediately examine the products you have purchased for faults and defects.
You must inform us within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two (2) months of discovering the fault, the complaint will be deemed timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper (preferably original) packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
In any case, you lose the right to claim a defect when the purchased Product(s) has reached its expiry date, if the product has had the durability that can reasonably be expected.
Any defects that arise as a result of incorrect use or handling are not covered by the right of complaint.

When returning the item, please include a written detailed description of the problem.
COMPLAINT ACCESS
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@skinmedsolutions.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

When you submit a complaint, you must specify our email address: info@skinmedsolutions.com
In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost you at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-branded webshop, you can have your case processed for free – regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here .
