SkinMed Solutions operates at the intersection of clinical evidence, technology, and everyday practice in aesthetic medicine.
We collaborate with doctors, nurses, and cosmetologists who are looking for more than products – they are looking for understanding, documentation, and solutions that work in real clinical settings – both as stand alone treatments and as combination treatments.
Our focus is on introducing and developing technologies and treatment concepts grounded in biological and biochemical logic, clinical relevance, and a long-term view on skin health.

SkinMed Solutions is both a distribution and a knowledge platform. We work with carefully selected technologies within light-based treatments, skin quality optimization, combination protocols, and data-supported skin analysis — always with respect for clinical integrity, regulatory frameworks, and the patient journey as a whole

ABOUT ME
My name is Mikkel Schødt, a biochemist by training, a skin nerd and the founder. SkinMed Solutions is built on more than 25 years of experience across skin biology, pharma, medical devices, regulatory environments, and clinical implementation – from industry to clinic.
My role is often to build bridges – between science and practice, between technology and treatment, and between ambition and what actually works in everyday clinical reality.
I am passionate about understanding the interaction between technologies, products and the skin or body – in this cross-section lies the evidence based approach to understand treatments, and how they work.
I love to dig into the deeper technologies, and act as presenter and KOL for a number of technologies, also outside the SkinMed Solutions field – what mattes is technologies and products that work – either alone or in combination.
I believe aesthetic medicine becomes stronger when we allow ourselves to be curious, critical, and evidence-driven – even when that makes things a bit more complex.

InnoDerma Institute is our clinical practice and research partner – a working clinic where technologies, protocols, and treatment concepts are tested, refined, and validated in real patient settings, and where education is the outcome.
It serves as a living laboratory for evidence-based aesthetic medicine, combining advanced skin analysis, structured treatment programs, and continuous learning.
